Before the list — four questions that decide which tool is right for you:

Synthflow
Voice-focused AI agent platform. Clean builder, works well for simple inbound call flows (qualify → book → transfer). Strong on voice quality and call reliability.
It integrates with GHL through a custom trigger/webhook path rather than a marketplace install, which means you're bridging state with Zapier-style glue rather than the agent reading and writing CRM data natively. Text channels (SMS, chat) aren't really the product. If you need onlyvoice and your CRM logic is simple, it's a solid pick.
Retell AI & Vapi
Developer-first voice AI platforms. Both give you very low-latency voice, great voice catalogues (ElevenLabs, Cartesia), and SDKs to build custom agents. They're infrastructure, not off-the-shelf products — you (or a developer) are writing the agent logic and wiring the CRM actions yourself.
If you're an agency with engineering capacity, this is the route to the most customised agent. If you're a non-technical operator, pick something with an agent-builder UI on top (Xovera, Synthflow) — the underlying voice layer for many of those tools is one of these anyway.
